Hope Behavior Services, LLC is looking to hire eager and talented BCBAs to grow our team of clinical professionals. We are hiring now to begin the credentialing process and are open to both newly licensed and experienced professionals looking to provide in-home services in Monmouth and/or Ocean County. We will provide assistance in the credentialing process in order to become paneled with multiple insurance providers.

Specific duties and responsibilities will vary depending on company needs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with principles of ABA

  • Provide direct supervision of Behavior Technicians and train on consumer specific programs

  • Manage electronic data regarding consumers' progress to ensure treatment is effective, and revise treatment and teaching procedures as needed

  • Monitor and adjust behavior plans throughout treatment period and in accordance with consumer needs

  • Submit progress notes and complete timely documentation for each consumer (supervision, progress on goals, parent training)

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments

  • Create and monitor program behavior plans in accordance with BACB ethical standards and NJ State Code

  • Complete skills assessments (PEAK, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS)

  • Participate in monthly peer review

  • Provide parent/caregiver training as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • Applicants should possess a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

  • Current BCBA certification preferred
